Show your digital VIP pass at any partnered venue or event. Our staff will see your membership tier and escort you past the queue immediately. Works at every Kartis event and all partner venues.

Can I cancel or change tiers anytime?

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your pass anytime through your billing portal. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. No cancellation fees, ever.

What counts as a "free event" for Gold and Platinum?

Any standard-admission Kartis event (up to $50 face value). Gold members get 1 free event per month; Platinum members get unlimited. Premium/special events may have restrictions.

How does the +1 guest work for Platinum?

Platinum members can bring one guest into VIP areas at any event. Your guest gets the same VIP area access as you, no separate pass needed. Just arrive together.

Do my discounts apply automatically?

Yes. When you're logged in and purchase tickets through Kartis, your 10% member discount is applied automatically at checkout. No codes needed.

Which venues accept the VIP pass?
