Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event, if the organizer's policy allows it. Check the event page for specific terms.
What happens if a table hold expires?
Table holds auto-release after the configured timeout (typically 8 minutes) if payment isn't completed. The table becomes available again immediately.
How do QR tickets work?
After purchase, a unique QR code is emailed to you. At the door, staff scan it with the Kartis check-in tool to validate entry.
How does the promoter commission system work?
Promoters receive a unique referral link. Every sale attributed to that link earns a commission based on the event's configured tier rules.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. Kartis never stores raw card data. Everything is PCI-DSS compliant.
