By accessing or using Kartis, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use our service.
1. Use of Service
Kartis provides event management, ticketing, and table reservation services. You must be 18 or older to purchase tickets or make reservations.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Kartis does not store card details. Refund policies are set per-event by the organizer.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Limitation of Liability
Kartis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
5. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Kartis after changes constitutes acceptance.
